After shoveling snow February 2023 I experienced a combination of sacroiliac pain, sciatic pain and low back pain. It felt like a rubber band was around my right leg. The low back pain was debilitating and I was hunched over when I tried to stand straight up. Dr. Josh Durand took me into his care. I felt better after the first treatment. The pain became tolerable after 3 weeks. After about 9 months I was pain free and able to move around again at my baseline. I am only 50 years of age with a young child, so debility is not an option. It has been a great experience with a very kind and patient oriented practitioner. He uses the the QSM3 method and it works!! I highly recommend.

Welcome to Elevation Spinal Care! I am not only a Doctor of Chiropractic but a patient who has experienced the life changing benefits of specific upper cervical chiropractic.
